CLEANING SERVICES- ISL/PROC/2026/CS-001

ISL invites sealed tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide comprehensive, professional daily cleaning services across the ISL campus on an ongoing contract basis. Areas to be cleaned include offices & staff areas, classrooms & learning spaces, ladies & gents toilets, boardroom & reception, corridors, halls & windows. Key requirements include minimum 19 cleaning staff, on-site supervisor at all times, uniforms & PPE for all staff, all chemicals & equipment included, valid police clearances required. Compliance documents include PACRA company registration, ZRA tax clearance certificate, public liability insurance (min K1M), NAPSA employer registration, client references (minimum 2).
