Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certification in accounting (e.g. ACCA, CIMA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
