The Capital Markets Authority is offering a one-year internship for an Intern – Human Resource & Management. You’ll be instrumental in administering HR processes, supporting staff development, and contributing to an efficient capital market.

Internship Details

INTERN-HUMAN RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT – 1 POSITION

Internship Period: 1 year (non-renewable)

Your Role

Reporting to the Deputy Director Human Resource and Administration, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering leave management processes, including tracking balances and providing reports;
  • Preparation of employment contracts;
  • Assisting in the coordination and management of internship programmes in line with the stipulated guidelines and policies;
  • Coordinating training logistics including budgeting, travel, documentation, and related administrative support; and
  • Maintaining staff training records, reports, and evaluation feedback to inform continuous improvement in training programmes.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Relations or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
