Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate current workflows, production schedules, and engineering specifications to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• System Design: Develop layouts for facilities, machinery, and equipment to optimize space, workflow, and productivity.
• Quality Control: Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and implement procedures to reduce defects and waste.
• Cost and Resource Management: Estimate production costs, manage budgets, and optimize the use of materials, energy, and labour.
• Project Management: Lead improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or other process improvement frameworks.
• Employee and Task Evaluation: Assess employee tasks and responsibilities to enhance productivity and ergonomics.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Use statistical tools and software to analyze performance metrics and support strategic decision-making.
