Ensure compliance with EAC regulations and laws of Zimbabwe. Crafting and implementing of traditional and digital sales strategies. Managing a team of real estate negotiators and letting officers. Develop the sales and property management portfolio. Fostering teamwork and excellent office culture. Superintending over all transactions. Any other duties as assigned. Requirements Registered with Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe. Diploma or degree from a recognised institution. Proven experience in real estate or a similar field (property valuations and auction management skills are a plus).
