Job Description
The Quality Assurance Officer reports to the Quality Assurance Director and will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing academic standards, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and driving continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and administrative processes. The incumbent shall collaborate with various stakeholders to monitor and evaluate quality assurance frameworks and support accreditation processes to improve all quality matters in the academic and support sectors of the University.

Applicants must have at least:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Mathematics and education-related fields; Agriculture, Humanities or Library and Information Systems and related fields;
- A Master’s degree in a related field would be an added advantage.
- At least five (5) years of working experience relevant to the post-degree qualification
- Relevant experience in higher education is an added advantage
