The Sales Attendant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced airport retail environment. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can engage travellers, promote products and services, and uphold high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers professionally and provide prompt, courteous service at all times
  • Actively promote and sell company products and services to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs
  • Handle transactions accurately, including cash and electronic payments
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the work area
  • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally
  • Support team members to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours
  • Participate in daily briefings, promotions, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements
