Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales, and customer service. The successful candidate will support online sales, promote our brand across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create engaging content to market our products and attract new customers
• Host live sessions to showcase products, respond to customer inquiries, and drive sales
• Respond promptly to customer messages, inquiries, and comments
• Generate leads, convert followers into customers, and process orders
• Prepare quotes and invoices using the internal system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure products are delivered in good condition and within timelines
• Communicate proactively with clients in case of delays or issues, maintaining trust and professionalism
• Support day-to-day sales and marketing activities as needed

Requirements

• Recent graduate (Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field)
• Must be based in or around Kiambu Town
• Strong interest in social media marketing and online sales
• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Confident communicator with good customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different departments
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
