Limestone Resources Limited seeks to employ a suitably qualified, experienced and result oriented individual to fill below listed vacancy. Prepares daily cash flow, banks sales collections, posts receipts and payments to the cash book, manages Petty cash and files documents. Prepares daily cash flow by capturing all receipts and payments for management decision making. Banks company money on a daily basis in accordance with laid down procedures. Prepares cheques/online payments and submits same for superior approval. Posts receipts and vouchers to the cash book ( in Navision) in order to provide information for the preparation of financial statements. Maintain proper filing system for easy retrieval and reference purposes. Analyses some accounts on the ledger for tax purposes and also to ensure the correctness of the figures.
