Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for consideration to the above-stated vacancy that has arisen within the Finance Department. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Manager Finance.
Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Asset Register Maintenance
- Asset reconciliation
- Managing and marketing properties
- Screening and managing tenants
- Determination of rental prices
- Rent collection and reconciliation
- Managing property lease agreements in consultation with the Legal Department
- Properties maintenance and repairs
- Maintaining the properties register
- Dealing with internal and external auditors
- Any other duties as may be delegated by the Manager Finance
Person Specification
- Must have a Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in the accounting field
- Previous experience in asset management is a distinct advantage
- Must be a results-focused person of integrity with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Landlord-Tenant laws is requisite
- Police clearance is a MUST
Salary and Application Instructions
SALARY will be in grade D1 within the salary scale
