Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML with

,

,
  • . No CSS, no divs, no br. Must preserve all original content word-for-word. The input includes many

tags with strong etc. We need to strip those tags and produce proper HTML. We must keep all text exactly as given, but we can reformat using tags. Must not add or remove content. So we need to parse the raw text and output HTML preserving content. Given the input includes many

and tags. We need to output something like:

    JOB TITLE:

    The bCPAP Project Mentor

    etc? Actually the instruction: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). For other headings like "JOB TITLE:" maybe treat as

with strong? But we must not use strong tags. We need to preserve content word-for-word, but we can replace markup with appropriate tags. However we cannot add or remove content; we can change tags but must keep the text same. So we can convert JOB TITLE: to

    JOB TITLE:

maybe? But that changes the tag but not the text. The text "JOB TITLE:" remains. That's allowed because we are not adding or removing text, just changing tags. However the instruction says use

for section headers. "JOB TITLE:" could be considered a section header? Probably yes. Similarly "TEAM/PROGRAMME:" etc. We need to decide which lines are headers. Likely each bold label is a header. We'll wrap each label in

    and the following value in

. For paragraphs without label, just

. We must preserve all content, including spaces and punctuation. Let's extract the text sequentially. I'll copy the input and manually convert. Input:

Our vision is a world in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development, and participation. SCI’s Mission is to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children, and to achieve immediate and lasting changes in their lives. In Zambia, Save the Children has been implementing programmes since 1983 across Child Rights Governance, Health and Nutrition, Child Protection, Education, Child Poverty, and Humanitarian Response.

Save the Children, in partnership with Vayu Global Health and the Ministry of Health (MOH), and with funding from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Charities (LDSC), will implement the Better Care for Small and Sick Newborns in Zambia project. The project aims to reduce facility-level neonatal mortality by improving access to high-quality respiratory care through the implementation of bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (bCPAP), strengthening referral and transfer systems for sick newborns, and enhancing the capacity of health workers across Lusaka, Central, and Southern Provinces. The project will be implemented in ten district-level public health facilities providing maternity services with functional 24-hour inpatient newborn care units. The intervention will strengthen the quality of care for small and sick newborns through evidence-based clinical practice, health systems strengthening, capacity building, mentorship, quality improvement, and sustainable integration of bCPAP services into routine newborn care.

    • Closely review documents and agreements to ensure all partners, contractors, visitors, volunteers etc. comply with CS and code of conduct standards

      Child Safeguarding

    • Work with Child Safeguarding Focal persons to ensure all CO staff We need to continue the list but it's cut off. The input ends abruptly. We must preserve all content as given, even if incomplete. So we must output exactly the same text after conversion. We need to handle the final incomplete part: "

        Child Safeguarding

      \n
        \n
      • Work with Child Safeguarding Focal persons to ensure all CO staff ". That's it. We must keep that text. Now produce HTML. Approach: For each line, if it starts with

... then we treat the strong content as header (

) and the rest after as paragraph (

). If there is no following text on same line (i.e., the strong tag ends and then

), then the header stands alone and next

is the paragraph. We also have some lines like

        GRADE: NAT 4

=> header "GRADE:"? Actually strong is "GRADE". Then colon outside? The text: "

        GRADE: NAT 4

" So strong is "GRADE". After we have ": NAT 4". So header "GRADE:"? We'll keep as is: header

        GRADE:

? But we need to keep the colon after strong? The original had strong only around "GRADE". The colon is outside. So if we make header

        GRADE:

we are adding colon inside header but colon already present after strong. Actually we need to preserve the colon. So we could make

        GRADE:

        and then

        NAT 4

. That would move colon into header, but the colon was after strong, not inside strong. However moving it changes placement but not text? The text "GRADE:" would be same as "GRADE:" originally (strong GRADE then colon). So it's fine. Similarly for "

        POST TYPE: National

" strong includes "POST TYPE:" with colon inside. So header

        POST TYPE:

and paragraph "National". Good. For "

        Safeguarding:

" strong is "Safeguarding". After we have ":" then

        . So header

        Safeguarding:

and no paragraph? Actually there is a following

with the safeguarding statement. So we treat header then next paragraph. For "

        Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

" strong includes the phrase, no following text. So header

        Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

and then next paragraph. Similarly for "

        INTRODUCTION [PROJECT OVERVIEW]

        " header. For "
