Xtreme Volt Solutions, a leader in solar energy solutions, is seeking a Business Administrator to strengthen our tender competitiveness, procurement governance, and operational excellence. This strategic role supports the organisation’s readiness for tenders, audits, and project execution. It is ideal for a high-integrity professional with strong administrative, procurement, and compliance capabilities.
Key Duties
- Coordinate tender preparation, compliance checks, and submission packaging.
- Maintain a Tender Readiness File and track tender opportunities.
- Support procurement processes, RFQs, and bid analysis.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and enforce internal controls.
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the MD and EXCO.
- Manage customer enquiries and ensure professional stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in administration, procurement, or tender support.
- Strong document management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience in solar/engineering environments is an added advantage.
