Job Description and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident and commercially‑minded Business Development and Outreach Virtual Assistant to support a leading UK public speaker, PR strategist and marketing expert. The primary focus of the role will be identifying opportunities, generating leads, prospecting organisations, making outbound calls, managing CRM activity and securing meetings and speaking engagements. As the role develops, the successful candidate will also take ownership of wider executive support responsibilities including diary management, inbox management and general administration.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 2–10+ years experience in business development, appointment setting, lead generation or virtual assistance
  • Proven cold‑calling skills
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers
  • Experience managing CRM systems (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive or similar)
  • LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
  • Working with speakers, coaches, consultants, trainers or personal brands
  • Targeting schools, educational institutions, public sector organisations and businesses
  • Email marketing and campaign management
