We are looking for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
Role Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the primary strategic architect of the company’s financial future. With at least 10 years of senior leadership experience, the CFO is responsible for more than just oversight; they are tasked with building the financial systems that scale a vision into a sustainable, high-growth reality. This role reports directly to the CEO and serves as a key partner in driving financial literacy, organizational growth, and long-term capital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Scaling: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial roadmap that aligns with the company’s mission of achieving financial freedom. You will build the "bridge" between ambitious revenue goals and executable financial operations.
- Capital Allocation & Management: Oversee capital structures, investment strategies, and cash flow management to ensure maximum ROI. This includes managing high-leverage portfolios and optimizing liquidity for strategic expansion.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data analysis to provide the executive team with actionable intelligence. You will translate complex financial metrics into simple, direct narratives for stakeholders.
- Systems Architecture: Implement and refine robust accounting and reporting systems (ERP) that allow the community and the business to run itself with minimal friction.
- Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Establish rigorous internal controls and risk management frameworks to protect the organization’s assets while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison for investors, banking partners, and board members, presenting a magnetic and professional brand image for the company's financial health.
Required Profile
A CFO with 10+ years of experience, especially one with a background in HR or professional consulting, brings a unique systemic lens to the role. They don't just "manage" tasks; they create the environment where tasks manage themselves.
- The Architect: They view the business as a series of interconnected pieces that must fit together perfectly to scale.
- The Data Analyst: They don't guess; they use data to prove which systems are working and which need to be refined.
- The Implementer: They take the "femme fatale" or magnetic archetype of the brand and institutionalize it into the company's daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in progressively senior financial leadership roles (CFO, VP of Finance, or Director of Finance). Proven track record in scaling businesses and managing significant P&L responsibilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of financial modeling, forecasting, and automated reporting tools. Experience with high-frequency financial environments and global market dynamics is an asset.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor high-performance teams and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
