Role Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the Architect of Execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you are responsible for building the operational "bridge" that scales a great idea into a high-frequency community that runs itself. You will design, implement, and refine the internal systems, workflows, and data-driven logic necessary to achieve the company’s mission of financial freedom and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Architecture: Design and oversee the proven systems that allow the business to scale without the need to build from scratch. You will ensure all "pieces fit together" across departments.
  • Systems Implementation: Automate internal workflows and communication channels to create a self-sustaining ecosystem that maximizes efficiency and minimizes friction.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Utilize your background in data analysis to backtest operational strategies. Monitor KPIs to ensure the organization is meeting its weekly financial milestones and growth targets.
  • Strategic Lead Management: Oversee the systems for professional lead generation and candidate filtering, ensuring the business ecosystem remains high-quality and growth-oriented.
  • Resource Optimization: Act as a steward of human and financial capital, ensuring resources are deployed with maximum leverage—similar to optimizing a high-performance portfolio.
  • Internal Communication: Maintain a simple, professional, and direct communication style across the organization, institutionalizing the company’s magnetic brand archetype into daily operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in Operations, HR, or Professional Consulting, with a track record of scaling vision into reality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of data analysis, project management tools, and automated reporting systems (ERP/CRM).
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Communication: Mastery of Simple English; able to provide professional and direct guidance to all levels of the organization.
  • Mindset: A visionary thinker who values personal growth, manifestation, and ritualized excellence in business performance.
