Job Description

Job Description

The Chief People Officer (CPO) is a high-level strategic architect responsible for the most critical asset of the organization: its people. With a focus on scaling vision and building a self-sustaining community, the CPO ensures that every internal system—from recruitment to culture—aligns with the company’s long-term goals for financial freedom and professional excellence. This role reports directly to the CEO and acts as a key driver of organizational "glow up" and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Architecture: Design and implement a proven system for talent acquisition that scales the company's vision without building from scratch every time.
  • Organizational Scaling & Systems: Build the "bridge" between high-level business ideas and a community that runs itself. This includes creating clear hierarchies, communication flows, and automated HR workflows.
  • Culture & Brand Identity: Act as the steward of the company’s magnetic archetype. You will define and scale the organizational culture to ensure it remains cohesive and high-frequency during rapid growth.
  • Data-Driven People Analytics: Use your background in data analysis to backtest recruitment strategies and track performance metrics, ensuring lead generation and candidate filtering are precise and effective.
  • Performance & Leadership Development: Oversee strategic hypertrophy of the team’s skills. Implement assessment frameworks that move beyond basic reviews toward true professional development and financial literacy.
  • Change Management: Lead the organization through branding pivots and professional shifts, ensuring the workforce remains aligned with the company’s evolving identity.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in Human Resources, Professional Consulting, or Network Marketing.
  • Background: A strong foundation in HR systems and data analysis is essential for driving objective, growth-oriented decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Leadership Style: Simple, direct, and professional. Ability to filter complex organizational needs into clear, actionable systems.
  • Mindset: A visionary thinker committed to personal growth, manifestation, and the achievement of high-level financial milestones.

Core Competencies

  • The Architect: Ability to build and scale human systems from the ground up.
  • The Filter: Expertise in lead generation and candidate profiling to ensure only "best-fit" talent enters the ecosystem.
  • The Visionary: Aligned with the mission of helping others move toward financial freedom and organizational excellence.

Required Profile

A CPO with a decade of experience, particularly one with a background in data analysis or professional consulting, brings a high-frequency approach to the role. They don't just "manage" staff; they build a proven system that scales the vision effectively.

  • Predictive Analytics: Using data to forecast hiring needs and turnover risks before they impact the bottom line.
  • Personal Branding: Helping the organization project a magnetic archetype that attracts both clients and elite candidates.
  • Financial Literacy: Aligning people-spend with the company’s mission of financial freedom and high weekly revenue goals.
