To develop commercial graduate professional through practical exposure to sales, customer relationship management, market development, and commercial operations within the cement manufacturing industry. The Graduate Trainee – Commercial will support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and business development initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across the commercial value chain.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Operations and Research , Economics, or a related commercial discipline.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and identification of new business opportunities
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, customer analyses, and commercial performance dashboards.
- Support order management processes by coordinating customer orders and resolving service-related issues with relevant departments.
- Work closely with Logistics, Production, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in monitoring customer accounts, outstanding payments, and credit-related matters in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Participate in product promotions, marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and industry events.
- Develop a sound understanding of PPC products, applications, pricing structures, market segments, and value propositions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness, customer experience, and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial procedures, ethical business practices, and health and safety requirements during all customer and field activities.
