Job Advert Summary:
To develop electronics graduate through practical exposure to industrial control, instrumentation, and automation systems used in cement manufacturing. The graduate trainee – electronics engineering will support the maintenance and improvement of electronic systems that enable stable, safe, and efficient plant operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics , Electrical , Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, analysers, controllers, PLCs, and other automation-related systems.
- Support calibration, loop checks, signal testing, and basic fault diagnosis for process control and monitoring systems.
- Participate in plant automation and control improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process stability, efficiency, and product quality.
- Assist with documenting control logic updates, maintenance findings, calibration records, and technical reports.
- Work with senior engineers and technicians to investigate faults affecting control systems, instrumentation signals, and electronic equipment performance.
- Support commissioning, testing, and performance verification of electronic and control equipment during shutdowns or projects.
- Observe all safety, isolation, and quality procedures when working on live or field-installed systems.
- Contribute to reliability, data logging, and continuous improvement initiatives involving automation and digital systems.
