Job Description

The user wants me to convert the provided job description text into clean semantic HTML. The input is already partially HTML-formatted with

, ,

    ,
  • tags, but I need to restructure it according to the rules: use

    for section headers,

    for paragraphs,

    • for lists, no CSS classes, no inline styles, no
      s, no
tags. Preserve all original content word-for-word. Return only HTML. First, I need to parse the content and identify sections. The text starts with some introductory paragraphs about Netcare values, then "ROLE SUMMARY", then "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES" with subsections: "CONSISTANCY OF CARE", "Customer service", "Dispensing medication", "Cost per event management", "Logistic functions", "BEST AND SAFEST PRODUCT", "Pharmaceutical evaluation", "Research activities", "Quality assurance and risk management", "Teamwork", "Personal and professional development", "Build and maintain stakeholder relationships". Then "SKILLS PROFILE" with "EDUCATION", "KNOWLEDGE", "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS", "NETCARE VALUES AND BEHAVIOURS" with "Netcare Values" and "The Netcare Way". Finally a closing paragraph. I need to convert each section header to

. The existing tags around headers should be replaced with

. Also, there are some empty

      and
tags that should be removed. The content inside

tags should be kept as paragraphs. Lists are already

      • but some are nested under

        ...

        then
. I'll need to restructure: for each subsection, put the header as

          , then the list as
          • . Also, there are some paragraphs that are not headers but just text; those should be

. I must preserve all original wording exactly. So I'll go through the input text and produce HTML accordingly. Let's start: First paragraphs: "

We provide meaningful careers that connect people with purpose.

We are united by a common purpose of providing the best and safest care; and by our shared values of Care, Truth, Participation, Compassion and Dignity.

Netcare invites you to be part of our journey.

" These are introductory paragraphs. They have tags but they are not section headers; they are just bold text. According to rules, use

for introductory paragraphs. Should I keep the bold? The rule says preserve ALL original content word-for-word. That includes HTML tags? The input is HTML-like but the instruction says "You receive a plain-text job description." Actually the input is HTML markup. But the rule: "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". That likely means preserve the text content, not necessarily the HTML tags. But the output should be clean semantic HTML. So I should convert the bold text to plain text within

? However, the bold might be considered formatting. The rule says no inline styles, but is not a style, it's a tag. But they said "No CSS classes, no inline styles, no

            s, no
tags". They didn't forbid . But they want clean semantic HTML. Typically, is not semantic; is better. But they said preserve word-for-word. I think we should keep the text exactly as it appears, including bold markup? The input includes tags. The output should be HTML. I'll keep the tags as they are part of the content? But the rule "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word" suggests we should not strip tags. However, the instruction also says "Use

for introductory paragraphs and general text". It doesn't say to remove existing tags. But the example input is messy with inline styles. The user wants clean semantic HTML. I think we should convert the content to clean HTML, meaning we should not keep the messy inline styles, but keep the text. The bold text might be considered emphasis. I'll keep the text and maybe use for bold? But the rule says preserve word-for-word. That likely refers to the textual content, not the markup. Since the input is HTML, but the user says "You receive a plain-text job description." Actually the user pasted HTML. But the instruction says "Job description:" and then the HTML. I think we should treat the input as the raw text content, and we need to output clean HTML. So we should extract the text content and structure it. But the instruction: "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". That means we must keep the exact words. So we need to keep the exact wording, but we can change the markup to semantic HTML. So we should not keep the tags if they are just formatting; we should keep the text. However, the bold might be part of the content (like headings). But we are converting headings to

. For the introductory paragraphs, they are bolded but they are not headings. I'll keep them as paragraphs with the text, but without bold? The rule says preserve word-for-word, so the words are the same. The bold is not a word. I think it's safe to output the text without bold tags, as they are presentational. But to be safe, I'll keep the text exactly as it appears, including the bold markup? The output is HTML, so if I include tags, that's still HTML. But the rule says "No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
            s, no
tags". It doesn't forbid . However, they want clean semantic HTML. I'll assume we should not include presentational tags like . I'll convert them to or just plain text. But the instruction says "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word". That could be interpreted as the visible text. I'll keep the visible text exactly. Let's examine the input: It has many

            and
tags. Those should be removed. Also there are empty paragraphs. I'll write a script mentally to parse. Better to manually construct the HTML. I'll go section by section. First, introductory paragraphs: "We provide meaningful careers that connect people with purpose." "We are united by a common purpose of providing the best and safest care; and by our shared values of Care, Truth, Participation, Compassion and Dignity." "Netcare invites you to be part of our journey." These are three paragraphs. I'll wrap each in

. Then "ROLE SUMMARY" appears as plain text (not in a tag). Then a paragraph: "The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of medication and supplementary services to patients and members of the healthcare team, under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist. The Pharmacist Intern will also assume responsibility for meeting patients’ needs in a responsible, satisfactory, and cost-effective." Then "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES" is a header (bold). Then "CONSISTANCY OF CARE" subheader. Then "Customer service" subheader with list. Then "Dispensing medication" with list. Then "Cost per event management" with list. Then "Logistic functions" with list. Then "BEST AND SAFEST PRODUCT" header. Then "Pharmaceutical evaluation" with list. Then "Research activities" with list. Then "Quality assurance and risk management" with list. Then "Teamwork" with list. Then "Personal and professional development" with list. Then "Build and maintain stakeholder relationships" with list. Then "SKILLS PROFILE" header. Then "EDUCATION" with "Essential" and list, "Preferred" and list. Then "KNOWLEDGE" with "Preferred" and list. Then "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS" with list. Then "NETCARE VALUES AND BEHAVIOURS" header. Then "Netcare Values" with paragraph and list. Then "The Netcare Way" with paragraph and list. Then final paragraph: "Join the team committed to providing the best and safest health and care." Now, I need to decide which are

            . The rule: "Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)". So all major section headers should be

. Subsections like "Customer service", "Dispensing medication" could also be

? They are subheaders under "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES". The example includes "Key Duties". I think we should use

for each distinct section header, including subsections. But the rule says "section headers". Could be top-level only. However, the input has multiple levels. I'll use

for all headers that are bolded and appear as section titles. That includes: "ROLE SUMMARY", "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES", "CONSISTANCY OF CARE", "Customer service", "Dispensing medication", "Cost per event management", "Logistic functions", "BEST AND SAFEST PRODUCT", "Pharmaceutical evaluation", "Research activities", "Quality assurance and risk management", "Teamwork", "Personal and professional development", "Build and maintain stakeholder relationships", "SKILLS PROFILE", "EDUCATION", "KNOWLEDGE", "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS", "NETCARE VALUES AND BEHAVIOURS", "Netcare Values", "The Netcare Way". That's many. But the rule says "Use

for section headers". It doesn't limit number. I'll do that. But note: "Essential" and "Preferred" under EDUCATION are not headers but labels. They are bolded in the input? In the input: "

            EDUCATION
            Essential

            • ...

            Preferred

            • ...
". So "Essential" and "Preferred" are just text, not headers. I'll keep them as paragraphs or maybe as ? But they are not section headers. I'll put them as

            Essential

? But the rule says no inline styles, but is semantic. However, to preserve word-for-word, I'll just put them as paragraphs. Also, there are some empty paragraphs and
tags that should be omitted. Now, I'll write the HTML. Start with introductory paragraphs:

We provide meaningful careers that connect people with purpose.

We are united by a common purpose of providing the best and safest care; and by our shared values of Care, Truth, Participation, Compassion and Dignity.
