Job Title

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a **Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist**.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and systems
  • Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
  • Track project performance and assess impact against set objectives
  • Provide technical guidance to program teams on M&E practices
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and donors
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting

Required Profile – Senior Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field, with at least 7 years of progressive experience in M&E, preferably within development or donor-funded programs. They should demonstrate strong expertise in designing M&E frameworks, data collection methodologies, and performance tracking systems, along with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, STATA, or similar software.

The candidate must possess excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy. They should be able to work independently, provide technical guidance to teams, and translate data into actionable insights. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in development programs
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, STATA, or similar)
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • Experience with donor-funded projects is an added advantage
