We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to lead, manage, and scale our sales and marketing operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, expanding market presence, and mentoring high-performing teams. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, leadership maturity, and a proven track record in delivering sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement long-term sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead market expansion initiatives, new product launches, and revenue growth plans
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

Sales Leadership

  • Set sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs; ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage sales teams across regions or channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, CRM utilization, and reporting

Marketing Leadership

  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Oversee digital, content, performance, and traditional marketing initiatives
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints

Team & Cross-Functional Management

  • Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and senior leadership to drive alignment
  • Establish best practices, processes, and performance standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets
  • Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C sales, digital marketing, and brand management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing large teams, budgets, and multi-channel strategies
