We are currently looking for an English-speaking Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to support international clients. This is a full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
About the Role
The Telemarketer / Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, making outbound calls, introducing services, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and updating records in the CRM or database. The role may also involve following up with prospects, handling basic inquiries, maintaining accurate call notes, and coordinating with the client or sales team regarding scheduled appointments and lead status.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Telemarketer, Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Assistant, or similar role
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospects
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other online work platforms
- Organized, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Able to follow scripts while still sounding natural and professional
- Must have a stable and high-speed internet connection, ideally with a backup connection
- Must have reliable computer equipment at home, ideally with a backup power source in case of outage
- Available for full-time remote work, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
