ABOUT THE GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

Our 24 - month Graduate Trainee Program is a structured, hands-on development journey designed to fast-track exceptional graduates into future banking leaders. You will rotate across key business functions — including Credit, Retail Banking, Operations, and Business development — gaining real exposure to how a leading financial institution works.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

We are looking for driven, intellectually curious graduates who are ready to hit the ground running. To be considered, you must meet the following:

▸ Hold a bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (Second Class Upper or above)

▸ Degrees in Agriculture and Business Computing are also welcome and encouraged to apply.

▸ Have at least a Credit pass in both Mathematics and English at O-Level

▸ Have graduated in 2025 or 2026

▸ Be willing to work at any location within HFB's branch network across Uganda
